EA/DICE, stop making it worse!

So I’ve been enjoying this game since launch, despite the flaws and all the hate. But with this latest patch, WTF? It’s like they’re trying to please the haters so much, they’re pissing off the people who actually used to enjoy the game. Great job DICE! Stop listening to the haters, they aren’t gonna play it anyway!!!

So let me get this straight, people were complaining they couldn’t get into a 128 match breakthrough game due to lowering player count…so you guys removed it completely? Is that really a fix? Your statement that it’s because it’s more “tactical” is pure cover up BS. 

It started with all the nerfing. Nerfed guns. Nerfed the bolte into the ground so no one even wants to be gunner anymore, and now it’s a heavy vehicle so it wastes a tank slot? And what’s with the vehicle limitations for defenders? Why the hell are we defending against aircraft and armor with light vehicles only? That is assbackwards. Defense should be stronger since it has time to be set up. Home team advantage. But no. The roof top obj’s were taken away, but you didn’t stop there. It’s like Defense is meant to be steam rolled each time because of all the complaints from people who couldn’t do well attacking..

This is seeming a lot like intentional sabotage. It’s like DICE is trying to get the last people who play the game to hate it too. Well, it’s working. If you guys at DICE are doing all this to try and get the haters back in to the game, I doubt this is fixing all their gripes. Because it used to be fun, and now it’s just irritating. And why the hell is my LCMG with bipod deployed (when prone) recoiling like crazy now? Whatever…about to give up like everyone else soon…you guys should’ve tried harder to support the fans of the game instead of trying to please the haters.

Also, why does the bipod fold itself back up all the time now? Is that a glitch, or someone’s bright idea? Because that’s not physically possible. Unless there’s some kind of motor attached I’m unaware about. It’s like the opposite of a smart-weapon then because it just makes sh*t irritating and slower. A servo assisted stupid-gun?

@Xenog31st Dice ruined both specialists I mostly used in Angel and Boris. They added crazy recoil to Smgs. It's like they want me to do playing the game. The game was very fun before 4.1, now all of the bad things are showing there face

@CantGetRight 100% correct!! All they have done is try to please the cry babies and have crapped all over everyone else....especially the solo-co-op players.

The new era of game dev. Trying to cater to everyone and be as inclusive as possible waters down a product like Battlefield. They need to add some type of mini-games inside the game at objectives where you can play Plants vs Zombies to cap the point faster. We also need customizable lip stick and paint guns.

@Xenog31st I'm just telling you not to speak for everyone, I'm saying this because before patch 4.0 I wouldn't go in because of the frustration the game generated in me, armor everywhere, turrets everywhere, bolts everywhere, sorry, but if you are actually a follower of the saga you will understand that this is a problem, in this thread they call people whiners, and let me say that the only whiners are you. casual players who don't care at all what happens with BF, defending unbalanced things is not having love for the game. I can't understand how there are people puking because they nerfed Boris, his turret was a * CANCER, you're crying because he won't give you kills anymore? simple, learn how to shoot and don't expect an AI to do your job, cry about something that shouldn't even have been in the game.

The bolt from min 1 I knew it would be a problem, a vehicle with high destructive power and speed. to this day it still causes problems, although for me there is an easy solution, REMOVE IT FROM THE GAME.

Modes 128 players, well, here I don't give my opinion because this is personal, to me these modes are very bad performance and the truth is I don't play them, but I understand that there are other people who do.

In the thread I see people also crying about the supposed increase of backlash to SMGs, you complaining about the backlash in LCMGs. Now I ask you, did you even play a previous Battlefield, did you complain in BF4 about the recoil, where you had to do burst shooting because most of it in auto was not viable for accuracy and recoil, the recoil in BF2042 is MUCH less compared to the previous ones, now we have laser weapons. The unbalance in BF2042 is so much that a K30 beats an assault rifle at over 70 meters, LOL.

Lastly, for those who cry for the nerf to Angel, he is currently my main operator, he was the only operator with 4 SKILLS, the rest only have 1, max 2, seriously they come to cry for the nerf? Angel was always and will remain the most useful operator in the game. But of course you guys don't care since you want an unbalanced game, you don't care what happens to him, that's normal.

I agree that things are worse.  I was enjoying the game until this patch, now I hate it.  Just look at the score board in every match.  There are a few with insane kill death ratio on each team.  The rest are getting maimed.  I feel like those few have cams or some other type of hack.  Game play is totally different then before the patch.  Let's try and fix know exploits instead of ruining regular game play.
