So who out there thinks this subject heading is not a fact? I have been playing these games for 25 years straight, without fail, every year I bought either the FIFA or Pro Evo game. Recently, its only been the FIFA (or EA since they took over) due to the Pro Evo games been utterly behind.
However, to mess up this game by this much is insane. Grose incompetence, laziness, people bad at their job! I would fire anyone who had anything to do with the game mechanics.
What's wrong exactly? Where do I start...the game play itself is the most important element, and this has been utterly ruined! I would ask for my money, but know how little hope there is of that. The passing is totally sh*t, inaccurate, but most importantly it's unrealistic in everyway it functions. The players don't, kick the ball naturally, they don't control it naturally. This been the sheer essence of playing the game and arguably one the easiest to get right. They had this spot on 2 games ago, EA 23. The game is unplayable. I cant play a game where the feel is totally off, the touch, everything. The keepers are just useless. Who idea was it to give me, i.e., the player the control of of the keeper. Why would anyone want to control the keeper. In the meantime, the GK are just useless, they let so many shot go straight past them.
I am beyond annoyed with this game...this might be the last time I ever play the game and that's a tragedy considering how much I have played it over the years and how much I would play it if it was good. How have you people messed it up this much? And anyone who can't see what I see is irrelevant. I am not doing this for the buzz, or the craic. I am pissed off this game is ruined, I would play the life out of it if it was any good, but I cant!
Fix the next one, because this is ruined! Well done EA.
