I purchased a 25 dollar gift card at the store claimed it on origin and bought the new character and battle pass for APEX. Let me mind you i haven't played the game in 3 weeks. After i buy the battle pass and character i invite 2 friends to group to start a match and then i get dced. I log back in it says im banned for no reason. So now E.A will not refund me my money because i am banned and at the same time wont tell me what i am banned for or will not lift it so they are now robbing me. For almost 2 weeks now all they keep telling me is that they are investigating it deeper which i dont care now i just want my money back. So i am warning you guys they are a [Edit - Admin.]
