No, no mods. I have been through all my computer files and taken off instances of Nexus Mod Maker etc.. This is only game I've had an issue with so if you've no answer to my problem can we wipe it and give me a refund.

Still seeing a lot of the same errors there @Mzzxxccrr, one thing to try is to ensure that when launching the game you are doing so on your dedicated card and not the integrated one:

• Open "Nvidia Control Panel".
• Select "Manage 3D Settings" under 3D Settings.
• Click on "Program Settings" tab and then select the program you want to run.
• Select "Preferred graphics processor" in drop-down menu and then select use the dedicated graphics card, select High-performance Nvidia processor.

Hi, went into NVidia Control Panel and didn't find Dragonage : Inquisition there so browsed til I found it. On the dropdown menu there is no "Preferred graphics processor" or similar.

That's OK @Mzzxxccrr, it means it's working as it should.

The next thing I can recommend is to create a new Windows administrator account and then try the game there to see if you see the same issue.
