Does everybody have a certain number of packs for when they get Heirloom Shards?

I'm just wondering: is there a different number of packs for everybody as to when they get the Heirloom? 

If yes, please tell me my fortune! :D

@CompleatBeetThere is a guaranteed heirloom at 500 packs, until then its roughly 1/500 chance (my guess, can be wrong). Note that the chance does NOT increase until you get one.

I got lucky and got my Bloodhound heirloom with level 86, back in S2. However if you wanna open packs for the sole reason of getting a heirloom, i advice against it unless thats somehow worth 500 bucks for you, which its not IMO.

@CompleatBeet Nope! It’s the same for everyone. Guarantee is at 500 and the odds of getting one from any individual pack are less than 1%. Those odds never change.
