Does Apex legends origin access battle pass expire?

I was thinking about getting Battle pass in Apex Legends but then i saw the origin access gives me free battle pass.

I was thinking about getting it for 1 month as it costs just a little more as I also wanted to try out FIFA 20.

So will I lose my battle pass after origin access expires after 1 month.

As I understand the BP is yours if you get Premium, and won't be taken back once it expires.
