What does the community prefer? I enjoy Duos when I want a more chilled experience because things are kinda more quite. Trios can be more intense with more players on each team. I probably play both about the same amount but would like to know If the community as a whole like one more than the other.

I prefer duos because you don't have to rely that much on your team to win. You can win a 1v2 easily, going 1v3 is pretty hard if even only one enemy is good enough.
@DarthValtrex I honestly don't see that much of a difference for thirdpartying between trios and duos. Yes it can be annoying but i can stick with it. Guess i'm lucky lol.
P.S. Trios become Duos eventually, since at least one teammates leaves as soon as he gets knocked.

@Cro_PitttI suppose so. Trios I think it depends on the area of the map and the team you're trying to 1vs3. The teams who stick together are impossible to 1vs3. Even if just 2 of them stick together it's impossible to drop someone 1vs2 if both of them are shooting you at the same time. I can't tell you how many times I have done 180-190 damage to someone and only went down because I had 2 enemies shooting me. If you can pick them off one at a time 1vs3 is not an issue at all.
The same is true for Duos I have no issue downing enemy squads 1vs2 so long as I can split them up. But if they are connected at the hip there is no way I can do it unless they have bad guns or are really really really bad shots.
Some of the duos rounds I've played are just never ending squads pushing you. Trios can be like that, but it's not nearly as bad unless it's one of those everyone drops to the frag area rounds.
Duos is easier in some senses when you play with randoms. Trios is really hard when you have two potatoes on your team. I played for a solid 5 hours tonight and could not get a win because my teammates were just horrible. I finally had enough and just shut my console off for the night. I had people dropping to Trials in ranked. Why in gods name does anyone drop there blows my mind. THE GOLD GARBAGE IS NOT WORTH IT. I do not understand how people have not figured out, you're better off with blue armor, a white helmet and white backpack so long as you have attachments, heals and ammo. None of that is at trials.. It's so far out of the way you typically don't have time to loot when you leave and are in a horrible position the rest of the match.
The only gold item semi worth while is the helmet and backpack. Everything else is just junk you don't need. The worst potatoes you can have on your team are the ones who think they are good when they are not. They take the best loot and can't do anything with it. What good is it for you to have a purple mag if you can't even unload the mag at an enemy?! Same ones also like to put you into sticky situations you can't survive.

@Kevin-Ate-Nine
Typically, I prefer Trios. This usually gives me the ability to have at least one teammate that doesn't leave or go AFK. Although, S7 has done is damnedest to make that as untrue as possible, as I have had more "I'm the only person on my squad (even before the drop)" matches this season than any other.
As far as Duos go, I usually play that only if I have a single buddy to play with. This way, we don't get a random teammate, Which is both good for us and them. It's not super fun being the solo random or having the solo random. I know those both from experience. Anyway, though since I spend most of my time solo Q-ing in this game, I don't play Duos much. Therefore, what I'm talking about here is only a small percentage of my overall games.
So, yeah, there you have it.
