Do they just not care to email back?

ive been waiting for a 3 months for a email back from ea about for an unjustified account ban, and i have never heard back from them, 3 months, 6 emails, and nothing i dont know if the email thing on the website is broken or they just dont care about their player base.

3 months sound incredibly long, Have you checked your spam/promotion folders?
I think you must miss a mail-back from the TOS, also creating more cases only slows down the appeal process as you get send back to the back of the queue when you create a new appeal.

i check everything on a daily, and i wouldnt have send as meny as i did but i have not heard a work from ea. ive been in the dark for so long, and i wouldnt be so upset but this account i actually spend money on.

@Nekoplaays  If you contact them again include the original ticket number in the message to give them a quick reference point.

I've seen the CM's here saying that there's a backlog over on EA supports end which is resulting in slow responses....3 months is pretty unacceptable though. x.x
