Do EA ever offer support to points addicts?

I’ve come to a realisation I’m addicted to the casino machine that are packs with fifa points. I know it’s a long stretch but Do EA ever offer gestures of goodwill in the form of refunds/reimbursements to people in situations like mine? I’ve been addicted since FUT 14, leaving myself with debts that are affecting me mentally. I’m just exploring options I have available. Would really appreciate any help.
