Discourage thirsting

Deathboxes should no longer have full shields, no more looting for a quick shield recharge. Buff knockdown shields, they are useless and are just a big "hey come shoot me" sign. At least make them cover your whole body, and preferably have more health since you added disruptor rounds hop up.

I dont thirst for shield 90% of the time, i do it because i killed you, and dont want you telling your teammates where i am and what in doing. If you get knocked by me, you'll be finished by me!

@EThought113213 This wouldn't stop thirsting - it would just make surviving 3p at higher levels borderline impossible.

Active teams would then go into the later phases of the match at a disadvantage.

Blackout had that problem, Treyarch literally killed they're game trying to address it.

The only reason to not thirst is if you die doing it.
