Different difficulty CFM

I play a CFM with just a couple friends, nothing overly competitive. We play on All-Pro with some slider changes (playoffs are all-madden). My question is can we set the difficulty to Pro for 1 user. A couple of us win way too easily on All-Pro, but have one guy who struggles. Can 2 users play on All-Pro and 1 play on Pro? Without the admin changing difficulty every game anyway.
