Didn't receive Beta dogtag

Hi all, today i launched trial version of BF5 and found out that i dont get a Beta dogtag, even though i participated in both betas and completed the assigment, i think twice.

Here's some more information regarding this:

"Missing Alpha/Beta Dogtags or emblems

We’re working on making sure all players who should have these get them as soon as possible. We’ll be fixing this automatically as soon as we can, and we’re sorry for the delay."

This is a known issue, more information can be found here:

Hi!

By some reason I didn't get my open beta dogtags. I'm pretty sure that I completed both assignments for Open beta and Tides of War.

Also in my profile it says that I have 5 dogtags unlocked but in fact there is only 4 available.

It’s so annoying BC I have the Tides of War one but not the Open Beta dogtag and I’m 100% sure I did the assignments

Well. after todays update i still dont have a Beta tag, even though im sure i did the assignment. Is there a way I can get this with the code or simply adding to my account?

Hello @EA_Atic yes, i think so, but maybe for some reason the assignment for Beta tag didnt count, when i played beta i saw it reseted the progress so i did the assignment one more time, no problem with Tides of war beta tag tho.
