Did ea release this game unfinished?

Just curious if people think the studio in charge rushed this game through due to hit an ea deadline?

were 3 weeks into the game and the amount of bugs have been insane! Personally I’ve experienced:

1. assists not counting in rush 
2. evos not working and giving wrong stats
3. manager sp not adding for playing games
4. player mode sp not coming through
5. packs bot being sent from fc24 tasks

im sure there’s more but that’s what is off the top of my head. How can a game genuinely be released this buggy and if you’re lucky, and I mean very lucky, you get a “the studio is looking into it” from a forum mod? There’s zero customer service from ea and zero acknowledgment that they have rushed through a general copy and paste game structure.
