Did Kern change?

I feel like his rapid recob upgrade changed significantly.  He feels where he needs to be now.

I noticed that the Rapid Recob upgrade now costs 4 points instead of 2, which I personally think is fair because it nearly makes it seem that Kernel Corn does not need to reload at all. I really like how Mob Cob has been buffed (more piercing power, cost, etc.) and Shogun-Guard seems better than it used to.

All in all, I feel that Kernel Corn has been buffed significantly compared to before the patch!

I do believe they reduced the reload sped up as well
