Hello are the reputation and bank bonuses received from the Deluxe edition permanent or temporary?

I'm curious as I'm not sure I'll be able to afford to preorder the deluxe edition of NFS heat due too real life problems like bills and rent so I was wondering if I buy the deluxe edition after the preorder period will I still get the exclusive clothes and the k.s cars except from the k.s starting car as that is a preorder bonus or what can someone from EA Clarify this for me so I know what I will get with the deluxe edition if I don't manage to make it for the preorder thank you
