Deleted Account and Banned restore

i was at another city with work. i wasn't playing game but my nephew played for me and introduced himself as me. One game he sworn in a game and got me banned. after that also got my account deleted Can EA help me in this situtation and understand it's not me who i said bad word. i came yesterday and he told me my account deleted and banned i said ok no worries and try to create another EA but it told me my account still exist, i cant login
