I’m also giving steps to contact EA game advisor:

 

  1. Head to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
  2. Select Origin.
  3. Select your platform
  4. Select “Manage my account”
  5. Select “Delete account”
  6. Select one of the options to contact EA game advisor.

Looks like ELECTRONIC ARTS have removed the chat and email option for contacting them regarding account deletion. I'm trying to delete my account aswell but I was only given the option to contact them via call. I entered my phone number and contact options and the estimated waiting time was 0 minutes. It has now been 30 minutes and I have yet to receive a call.

 

I will be forced to issue a chargeback via my bank if my account is not deleted. And what if the customer is mute and can't speak? How is he or she supposed to delete their account if calling customer support is the only option because EA removed the other options because people are leaving in droves?

 

This is incredibly bad and quite frankly disgusting behaviour by ELECTRONIC ARTS in my opinion.

Hey @xxfreeloaderxx at times when the lines are busy it can take a little bit of time in order for your callback to come through.


The best thing to do is give it a little time for our team to get to your case.
