Day 7 of Trying to retrieve Twitch Prime loot

So I finally got access to my account which my Xbox GT is tied to. Now I'm attempting to update my personal account information and in order to do so I need to confirm a verification code that's suppose to be sent to my email. The only issue is no verification is being sent and the ONLY answer I've been getting is "Try again later" here's the email transcripts:

After reviewing your case I do gather the verification code is still not dispensed into your email address for changing the password for the game.

I do once again apologize for the issue which has troubled you quite some time.But I still request you to wait for a few more hours and try again to reset the password.

and this is all I'm ultimately trying to do, here's the exact email I sent back

I just tried again 16 hours later, and I have still been unable to get a verification code.


Maybe you can just help me on your end. Please let me explain what I am trying to get done.


My Gamertag and EA Origins account ( both XXXX) is currently tied to the [edit: email address removed] email address.


However my Amazon Prime and Twitch Prime accounts are both linked to this [edit: email address removed] email address.


Since my Gamertag is not currently tied to the [edit: email address removed] I am unable to redeem in-game rewards on my Xbox. Specifically the Apex Legends Pathfinder skin + 5 Apex Packs, and who knows whatever in the future.

I blanked out my personal information, I have been unable to get this issue complete. I've spoke to several advisors and emailed them to. There's not much more I can do.

Can anyone actually help me please? This is ruining my Apex experience.

I just got another reply, which is not what I'm asking for. Yet I still followed the directions and did not receive anything.

Now they are trying to say its my Spam folder and settings. I screengrab my inbox and settings to show them nothing is being blocked or filtered.

I am not trying to change my password, I've done this twice already. See below for my latest email to them

Unfortunately this did not work. I am not trying to change my password. I am trying to retrieve the verification code to update my personal information.


I was able to change my password. However when I got back into my account and went to update my info it tells me it will emailing a verification code (see attached), I am NOT receiving a verification code.


To Recap:

I do not need to change my password.

I need to enter a verification code

I am not receiving this code
