Data center question

so Bob has a low ping on London data center (he connects to that server at the start) he has a friend in apex, Jimmy, which connects to France data center (for him that server has the lowest ping) after 10 mins Jimmy invites Bob in a squad to play together, which data center (server) are they gonna play on ?

yeah but bob s ping on that data center will be higher! anyway I would like to see an official answer … !
