Customer support putting users in a "Blacklist" for requesting Live Chat support

★★ Novice

Hi

Made a support ticket regarding some Apex store items being unavailable and was greeted by a support agent that didnt even try to aknowledge the problem and just responded with "try repairing the game" and just closed the chat.

Since then i havent been able to request a live chat option, seems pretty weird until i googled the same issue and noticed a lot of people had the same issue.

Kinda looks like they are just blacklisting users with issues they cant resolve, would be appreciated if this could noticed.

Hey @TyroneWad your contact options will be dependent on a number of factors. If chat is not being offered then you will need to try one of the other contact options suggested.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
