Cross play or Player progress crosses over?

Greetings, 

Apex Legends looks cool. Being a new game, little info is available. Is this game cross-play enabled? Xbox vs PS4 vs PC? Or any combination?

Also, how about player progress? Will that carry over from different platforms? I have all three consoles, but little time to invest in three separate "Champions" for one game.

Since the game is brand new we should expect high enough numbers on each platform to not absolutely NEED cross play (yet, anyway; obviously the more the merrier)

Am I correct to assume there is no cross over whatsoever?

Crossplay would only benefit the game, it's popularity & the community. Those console players that don't want to play vs mouse/keyboard could have a filter introduced later down the line to exclude game(r)s with PC players...?

I'm more concerned about cross progress than I am compatibility. Will there be a way to share progress with our EA accounts? I would really like to link all my consoles. Fortnite has this, so i'm hopeful ea and respawn will integrate it soon.
