Cross Progression is not coming this fall with Cross Play

Unfortunately, Respawn have confirmed that cross progression will NOT be coming to Apex Legends with cross play, Steam and Switch this fall.

(You will be able to port progress across Origin and Steam but no other platforms)

Hopefully this doesn't mean never.

EA, can you explain if it is impossible to implement or just not coming this fall? My mind is very baffled right now.

@CompleatBeet They have stated that cross progression will not be possible because of how the game was set up from the very beginning. It won't ever be a thing.
