It keeps saying verify code and I can’t change it to sign in instead on create account. I have an existing EA account and it won’t let me sign into it. PS4 please tell me how to switch it from create account to sign in.

Hey @shockwave0107 it's most likely the case that you already have an account and are being prompted to log into your existing account

 

For issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.

 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

Where are you trying to sign in my friend? On the website or through your PS4?


Are you trying to link your PS4 account to your EA account?
If so then follow the information in this link: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/link-your-console-accounts/

 

You can also check your connected accounts here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index

Log in and go to connections to see what accounts you have connected.

 

If you’re simply trying to log into your EA account but can’t due to your verification code then you might need to speak with an EA adviser.

You can contact an EA adviser here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
