Without knowing what that email says, I can't really provide any details. Does the email only say Positive Play Charter and nothing else?

Btw i know why they got banned, cause of The name. I reported them only cause i was Fed up lack of aim assist. I would have not reported them normaly. U should start reporting The smurfs i report not those that have "offensive" name.
