I see no e-mail address and/or Live Chat option.

Have they totally scrapped support?

Hi,

When the app is installed on my D: drive, it's installed as "Games".

When I try to change the name, I get an error saying the app is being used.

Is there anyway to change the name of the folder?

How do you change the name of the folder?

@Kunjer  I checked the thread that you have mentioned and you said there was an error when you tried to change the name because the app was being used?

What is causing the app to be in use in the first place?

Hi,

It's being used by another program. I have to stop the app Services and then it changes, but then the app doesn't load.

It'll be prompt me to update and when a small update box launches, it closes in 4 seconds because it's already updated.

I then have to repair the app in order to login again.

@Kunjer  Is there a reason to change the name of the folder? Normally you should not touch anything like that unless there is some issue with it in the first place.

Is that the default name? Games?

@Kunjer  Probable and since you are getting errors every time you try and change something with it I suggest you don't touch it at all. Just my opinion.
