College football suggestion - Licensing player likenesses without NCAA Rule conflict

When trying to license player likenesses, the significant issue has been NCAA rules that do not allow players being paid for Likeness while being linked to the college's likenesses.

Instead of getting the licensing of current players, why not license rights for the senior from the prior year. You can get all the players who have already left for the pros, including anyone going pro as underclassmen because you are already paying for their Likeness on Madden, just negotiating College Football Video game at the same time. Next, you would need to work on getting contracts with graduated seniors. This way, you could get player likeness after leaving college, therefore no longer under NCAA rules. Filling out the rest of the roster could using the random generic players.
