Code redeemed but hasnt been downloaded

I redeemed a code for The Sims 4: Cats and Dogs but the download disappeared and I can no longer redeem the code because it says the code has already been redeemed even though I have not got my pack

@PaIn_StOrMz  if you go to Sims 4 in EA app and manage add-ons, does the DLC show up?

@EA_Atic Hi, I'm having the same issue with lovestruck, & It is showing up in the manage add-ons section. I tried repairing my game, delete cache, and restarting but it was still the same. I can't find a solution anywhere since the expansion has been released. Sorry to bother you.
