Ok so I came back from a break off Apex (a good 2-3 seasons) and find out I've been banned whilst away... HOW is this even possible? I sent in a ticket about a month ago and still haven't heard anything back! Then sent an update in about 7 days ago...still nothing back from EA. I've put money into this game and I really would like to play again please! 

 

For the record I haven't hacked once, dont use any third party programs and haven't broke the ToS once.

Ban appeals are taking longer than usual currently due to a relatively high number of cases.

This is sorted now, I had to resend with proof that my account was hacked (combat records etc) and it's now rectified.
