Champs win put down as a loss

Went 6-5 in a game of champs bell rang 2 seconds later then the game said “the EA SERVERS ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST AT THE CURRENT MOMENT PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER” then it put it down as a lost is this game broken 

I want compensation and trying to talk to ea is useless
