Caustic traps anti friendly Lifeline

So they changed Caustics gas so it doesn't slow teammates anymore so why oh why does it prevent Lifeline from doing a Res with D.o.c? Actually makes zero sense.

@GH0STEDbyME that's why i don't pick lifeline when there is a caustic team mate , she is useless with him around even if friendly one
