Hi my case has been in a que to get approved of my missing players but I've been waiting since the 1st january 2021 when it was escalated. I check it everyday and most days it's been updated. But it has not updated in 6 days. The last advisor told me not to resume my case as it would pull my case out of this que im supposedly in. So it's been 7 weeks and I've not heard anything from ea. If anyone has any further info please let me know.

Hey @jmedbz2011 for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. I would recommend creating a new case with which to speak with our support.

Can't log in

Oh my god. Same here, I have a case for missing players, I was hacked and opened a case on 24 January. I am still waiting for them to email me. But as I read your post, I think I wont get an answer soon. I think we have to move on, even if its crazy to wait so much time.
