I can no longer access the email associated with my EA account and I forgot my password and need to change the email and password my account. I have created a case with Help Ea and explained the problem and sent all the required information correctly, but nothing happened and also the status information is found as (resolved) ???

Hey @XGooSTSif you no longer have access to the email on the account then the best thing to do is take a look at this help article and fill out the account recovery form: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/
