Card Decrafting Issues

Hey guys, does anybody know if there has been an official statement as to when all of the nerfed cards will be able to be decrafted for full spark value? I know that everyone has the glitch, and that EA has recognized it, but I haven't found the date on which it will be fixed. So, anybody got the inside info?
