Car Crashes?

Hi all.

I'm having a problem with F1 2021 game.

I'm a newbie and am using a Logitech G923 wheel and a PS5.

I'm using casual mode to do a season after creating my own team.

Fine till about half way through season when the screen keeps 'graying' out and bloody Robson Green keeps asking if I'm OK.

All I was doing was driving down the straight, or coming of a bend. No crashes, everything is smooth and fine.

Please help or I'll only have Gran Turismo left to play. (Not that that's a bad thing).
