I cant create a case. It just says "We're creating your case.Sit tight and wait on this page" it has been loading for hours and i have tried on different browsers like chrome, edge and firefox. I have tried on another computer as well but there i count not even get to the loading screen because it says that it took to long and i had to reload the page. Now i even saved everything i wrote on a dokument so i could just copy and paste but still were not able to create the case.
I need to create a case because i want to retreve my account and change email linked to it. I cant log in to my accunt account and i also cant change the password. I do have alot of information to prove that its my account so it should not be a big problem to fix as long as i can get som help...

I tried to do it by my iphone and that worked! I still used my home network and not the mobile data so im not sure what the problem was. Anyway thank you for the help!

Hi @Synestesii.
It doesn't look like there are any outages happening with the EA Help website at the moment. I'm wondering if there's something that's blocking the case from going through. Do you have access to a mobile device? If so, I'd recommend trying to set up a case via mobile data instead of your home network to see if it goes through from there.
Also, you could also try reaching out to the EA Help team via Twitter or Facebook as well, if that's an option for you. The team who works on those channels can help out with a lot of different account issues.
