Cant connect steam and origin account

So I was hacked and banned from a game, the hacker also connected their own steam account to my origin account and I can't remember if my own steam account was connected beforehand, but now when I try to connect them together it won't allow me. All of the things with the hacker have been solved and I have been unbanned.

What can I do?
