Cant buy fc 25 points

Hi

My account is not new and I have the transfer market locked and I can’t access to the store points ether, i know that you have a procedure to follow for new accounts (even though my account is not new). Still, I followed it, and now i have more than 20 hours of gameplay over the past 3 days

I still can’t buy points or get access to the market

I play on xbox and everytime i go and try to buy ff points it says- “There has been an error with the FC store checkout, please try again later
