I need some help with Origin.
I updated Origin yesterday before browsing the deals. Found a few deals I liked however I am unable to buy anything.
I have tried both the Origin software and website. I have cleared the cache. I've run as administrator. I've uninstalled and reinstalled origin. I've tested it on a different computer. I even had my friend test it with his profile and it appears as though he has the same problem. I also double-checked the region details were correct. I just finished checking whether a VPN would solve the issue. While the VPN did successfuly change my country, there was a payment error each time.
I literally have no idea what more I can do.
Every time I click the buy option, this error message pops up:
Whoops! An error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #Error: httpRequest ERROR: https://gateway.ea.com/proxy/commerce/carts2/store-cart-purchase-1566529890084/offerEntries?storeId=... 400 (Bad Request)]
Can someone please tell me if I am doing something wrong or if Origin is just being Origin. It would suck if I missed out on the deals because Origin is failing.
