Can you please FIX regional prices? [ Edited ]

I live in Russia, avarage worker has a salary of 386$. Europe has more than 1000 EURO avarage salary. So I can't pay a lot for favorite games. Just see the prices on STEAM or EGS. This is fair for Russia.
