Can we get lesser amount of coins to buy than 1000?

Look this way: Im cheapscate, 10 euros is too much to waste for me, but if I get drunk or bored sometimes, I may get tempted to buy pack or 2 on steam! Better something than nothing!

It probably has something to do with fees for transactions. If a company say, charges you 5$ for something, but the transaction fee through whatever payment system their using charges them 1.50 per transaction, they'll lose more money than if they charged 10$ and you get more for (essentially) less.

@EpicSticks Can be, but on steam there are no direct bank transactions, only when they collect earnings on big. It should be possible there
