Can't reset my password

I think my account has been hacked.

i was able to play Sims4 like 3days ago but now I just can't log in.

Tried sending reset code to my email, but feaking hotmail is not getting any email from EA.

i ckecked junk,spam, every email boxs.

I had to make a new account to get support.

live supoort center's queue is up to 440 min and I don't have time to wait that long.

What should I do...

I'm afraid we won't be able to help with such problem on our forum 

You did the right thing reaching out to our support right away. Unfortunately we cannot do much about the long queues to contact them. I can only advise to try to contact them during different hours or try to request a callback instead of waiting for a chat.
