Can't open EA Desktop

Can't open EA Desktop

Hello i have a little problem, i cleaned out my windows 10 completly to 0, and tried to install EA Desktop, but  it won't let me open it. I used this link (https://origin-a.akamaihd.net/EA-Desktop-Client-Download/installer-releases/EADesktop-12.0.58.4866-2...) to install it because the normal link don't work (also this application sometimes work) , so is there any fix? Anyways thanks for your replies.

I mean when i download it doesn't wan't to open.
