Can't login in account due to email service down

Here is the thing: I have an EA account. I stop play EA games for around 5 ~ 10 years, been hard working and travelling around the world for a while.

I have time now and I want to login in my old account again because I want to continue my records. The service told me that I can not login in my account because I didn't login for too long or something.

I am not able to login into my email address to receive any message from anyone because the email service I used to use was down for couple years.

What can I do next? I can't not contact anyone from EA without login into my old account.
