Can’t log in verification

I go to log into my old account, and it goes to send a verification code to my email, but it does not send a code at all. So I just can’t log in

Maybe you've different email for that account ?

If the email is correct, maybe in spam or trash ?

Email is correct, but I don’t see anything in spam or trash. My friend got the problem but eq fixed it somehow,

@xTheRyanTTV i had the same problem, you need to change the login verification method to google authenticator as even the SMS verification is not working

I've had this issues for days where it won't send me the verification code. Talked to support and they told me they are aware of the issue and lots of people are having it but provided no solution

Have you been able to login to your account since then?

Our Support team can help make changes to your account details if you're having trouble getting in. We've seen some reports of players not getting their verification emails and codes though, teams have been notified here to investigate it.
