I am unable to reinstall EA Desktop after removing Origin.
I used a tool called Revo Uninstaller to remove Origin after I downloaded EA Desktop. Looks like Revo removed some of the EA Desktop files along the way. Now when I try to run the installer for EA Desktop again, I get a message that says the program is already installed. I have triple checked my computer and cannot find any files associated with either EA Desktop or Origin. Unsure how to proceed here. :\

Revo does not recognise EA Desktop as installed anymore?

I was able to get the program to reinstall by removed the following Registry key:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Electronic Arts

I had to relog into my old account just to thank you for this. This is what fixed the issue.

@ManakuraThanks for your help too! At first I only deleted that one folder @Kouryu89 mentioned and I still had the same problem where EA Desktop thinks it's still installed when I try running the Installer. I deleted the Origin Games registry key and a couple other EA related registries and it worked after running the EA Desktop Installer. Downloading Battlefront II now.
New name, new look, same great benefits: EA Access and Origin Access are now EA Play.
