Can't get EA to respond to my e-mails

E-mail is correct and everything is in order, except I can't get an e-mail response regarding my issue from EA. It says that there will be a "security code" sent to my email but it won't send it no matter what. Also EA does not support my home language in their website nor does it have an answer for this particular issue.

What's the next step here?
