My daughter and I both have Xbox Game Pass for PC accounts. I'm attempting to use EA Play to download Sims 4 for my daughter but when I enter her age and it asks for the parent email, then the new ID and password I go through the verification and then I get an error on the password field that says "So... that wasn't it. let's try again."
I can't get passed this... any help?

To speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
