Can't connect to EA servers.

why i signed in EA Servers and connet to Wifi  but still can not play ,the screen write "You need to be signed into EA Servers to access the online features of this game.Please check your internet connection.I use PC.

The whole thing is a joke. I have PS4 and keep getting kicked off the EA servers. It's not a PS4 or network issue as I can play other games and receive updates at the same time elsewhere, EA needs to sort this out. I have already deleted the game and am trying to get a refund for it.
