Can’t buy boys at rifle

I am in company trying to buy either anti tank rifle in the recon class but it just thinks for a second then gives me an x. Anyone have a resolution for this problem?

Are you able to provide a video or screenshot? Seems strange that'd show up for purchase and still not allow the transaction to go through.

Are your company coins reducing when you try to buy it? Could be that the purchase went through and the server lagged up so I'll recommend doing a full power cycle on your system and heading back to your Company at the main menu.
