Hey @joeltranter. 

If it's saying that you're getting the code via email be sure to check your spam/junk mail folders. Sometimes our automated messages get caught up in spam filters so they might not make it to your inbox. 

If you aren't seeing the emails at all, or if you can't get the code via other means I'd recommend reaching out to the EA Help team so they can look into this for you. They should be able to help you with the login verification codes.

Hey @Allowedchief. 

When you have a chance can you check something for me? 

Go to twitch.tv and log into your Twitch account. Open up your Settings and click on the Connections tab. Scroll down to the Other Connections section and see if Electronic Arts is listed there. Let me know what you find out once you've had a chance to take a look.
